1. Got a load of scenarios written today, and began work on a blog post explaning things to the rest of the team prior to using them to aid in coding the features described.

Also attended a curious meeting that discussed images and how the organisation handles images. Curious because I thought a lot of what is needed is already possible. Images are interesting because they sit pretty squarely on the boundary between style and content, so can quite easily become a bone of contention. Personally, I’d like to use more images on our websites, but I’d like them to be used in a far more illustrative and supportive capacity than they are at present. If they are relegated to the ill defined role of breaking up text then I really don’t see the point. That argument works in a more static medium like print, but on the web that fixed object becomes more problematic. I suppose my holy grail would be integrated and relevant images enhancing the content of our sites.

I think we’ve a way to go yet.
