Have to admit I’m struggling to get to grips with things in the sprint today. For the sprinit concept to work we need to be working on the things that we have committed to for this sprint, and not allow ourselves to get sidetracked, but one of the problems at the moment is that there aren’t many things left on the board for myself to do.
Now I can respond to this by picking things out of the backlog and doing them which is ok, but that then means there’s not much control over the priorities.
Looking at what is still on the board on this Tuesday afternoon it seems clear that we have overestimated what we were gonna do again, and we seem still to be heavily in a making things work phase.
Loads has been done in setting up infrastructure, and getting good systems in place, but I’d like to get the buzz that we had when there were loads of tickets flying off the board.
Perhaps we need some way of reflecting priorities in the backlog.
