It seems like last weeks’ sprint was the sprint of the big tickets. Loads of points invested in time consuming and sometimes vague tickets, leading to uncertainty about how much progress is being made. Working on larger tickets like that can be a slog, so ‘m hoping for some smaller tickets that get things moving. They somehow feel more like progress.
Demo during retrospective was a bit crap due to the painfully slow network in the room and the lack of coordination that we have about how we manage the demos. Think we need to decide in advance what we are showing, how we show it, how long it will take and most importantly why we are demoing.
