Oh, also sat in and assisted with some baby steps in the world of user testing. It was fascinating to get a fresh perspective on not only Glamlife, but other sites too. It was very good to be reminded just how much terminology that we take for granted at the University that new students have no idea about. This is something that really needs to be addressed to make our sites and services usable and accessable.
